We’re delighted to welcome our new resident artist, Pemba, whose strikingly realistic works are rooted in the culture and landscapes of his native Nepal.
His art carries the textures of tradition, memory and place, brought vividly to life through extraordinary skill and sensitivity.
Drawing inspiration from daily life, Pemba’s paintings capture portraits, scenes and details with such precision they seem to breathe on the canvas.
Yet beyond their realism lies a quiet emotional depth, inviting us to pause and reflect on the beauty of the everyday.
Through this residency, Pemba hopes to share fragments of Nepalese heritage while expanding his own practice.
We look forward to seeing the conversations and connections his work will inspire within our community.
